Environmental Control of Livestock and Poultry Housing

This short video (10 minutes) could also be called the basics of animal housing ventilation. It is a great primer on the topic and could be used to start training of new staff or as an intro at a ventilation workshop. The video was produced for the Animal Agriculture in a Changing Climate project and funded by USDA NIFA.

From Waste to Energy: Life Cycle Assessment of Anaerobic Digestion Systems

This 20-minute video by Dr. Aguirre-Villegas Horacio Andres with the University of Wisconsin-Madison discusses how anaerobic digestion systems can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and produce energy. This presentation presents result of a research study to identify and quantify (through a life cycle assessment) emissions produced during different stages of manure management and the mitigation potential of anaerobic digesters.
